(“We the people support eth”)  WTPSE is a non-profit digital civil liberties organization, that focuses on preserving and upholding the constitutional rights of US citizens. WTPSE is also focused on the public policy issues associated with cryptocurrencies and decentralized computing technologies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Some of the activities we will engage in are:

Education: WTPSE provides educational resources to policymakers, regulators, and the public to help them understand the workings and implications of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. we aim to provide clear and accurate information to inform policymakers’ decision-making.

Policy Research: WTPSE conducts in-depth research on various topics related to cryptocurrency, including financial regulation, security, privacy, and the technical aspects of blockchain technology. This research helps to inform our advocacy work and contributes to the broader conversation on how to effectively regulate the space.

Advocacy: WTPSE advocates for sensible regulatory approaches that would allow for innovation in the cryptocurrency space while also addressing legitimate concerns such as consumer protection and national security. We engage with policymakers and regulators to present their research and arguments for why certain policies should or should not be implemented.

Public Representation: WTPSE acts as a representative for the cryptocurrency community in legislative and regulatory matters. We may testify before Congress, participate in hearings, or engage in other forms of dialogue with government agencies to promote reasonable public policies.

Legal Support:  WTPSE provides legal resources and support to help individuals and organizations navigate the complex legal landscape of cryptocurrency regulation. We will provide legal assistance to cases that will have huge public policy implications to the adoption of cryptocurrencies.

Very soon we will be launching a ERC20 Token, WTP (“We the people”) which will enable us to raise funds on Ethereum. The proceeds from this fund raise, will help support our causes in perpetuity, as We The People foundation.
